Shipping policies

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs and times will be indicated during the purchasing process.

Since items are handmade, they may be made to order, so some production time is required before your order is shipped. Production/shipping times are listed on the item page.

Refund policies

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will refund the amount paid within 1 day, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We recommend using POSTE ITALIANE, the cheapest and safest solution.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products without providing any reason, except in the following cases:

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products made to the customer's specific request. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication via email specifying the order number and the products to be returned. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with their original packaging.

WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to repair or replacement of the product, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, as provided by law.
