Terms and Conditions - Items damaged during shipping
At My Beautiful Sicily Ceramics, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure your items arrive safely and soundly. Each piece is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
However, once the package leaves our hands and is handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. Shipping companies are independent third parties and we cannot assume responsibility for their handling of packages.
What you need to know: We do not offer refunds for items damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will be happy to assist you in filing a complaint with the shipping company and will provide you with any documentation or photos necessary to support your case.
While we cannot guarantee the outcome of a complaint, we will do our best to support you throughout the process.

Shipping Policy: Missed Deliveries and Returned Packages Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. From that point, it is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it at the delivery address provided.
Customer Responsibility We are not responsible if the recipient is not at home during delivery or if he is unable to track the shipment.
It is entirely the customer's responsibility to follow tracking updates and coordinate receipt of the package with the courier.
Reshipment fee: You can request a reshipment of your order. A new shipping fee will apply and must be paid before the item is shipped again.
Refund Option: The customer may choose to cancel the order. In this case, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damage on Return If your returned order arrives damaged due to:
Handling by the carrier during transport of the return, or
The package was not collected or was not protected after a failed delivery attempt,
