Shipping policies

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Refund policies

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will refund the amount paid within 1 day, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We recommend using tracked shipping.

In the event of parcel loss by the couriers, confirmed by tracking, the items will be refunded. Items arriving damaged will also be refunded. Such damage must be demonstrated with photos at the time of unpacking within one to two days of delivery.
