“Christmas Snow” decorations made of wood and natural clay.

Rustic-style wood and natural clay decoration with a raised pattern to decorate your home during the holidays, to hang on your Christmas tree but also on doors, windows or wherever you like!

Made from natural clay and certified wood slices, painted with acrylic paints and snow paste. Finished with a protective clear spray varnish.

Dimensions: approx. 8x8 cm + cord

Shipping policies

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will refund the amount paid within 1 day, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We recommend using POSTE ITALIANE, the cheapest and safest solution.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products without providing any reason, except in the following cases:

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products made to the customer's specific request. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication via email specifying the order number and the products to be returned. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with their original packaging.

WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to repair or replacement of the product, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, as provided by law.
